HOUSEKEEPING CABINS
All cabins are fully equipped with bed linens, microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, dishes, dish towels, Weber grills, picnic tables and fire rings. Dish® TV. Guests must bring their own bath towels and soap.
A laundromat with coin operated washers and dryers are available in the shower house.
Check–in time 3pm and check-out time 9am. Please allow us the necessary time to prepare your cabin by observing these times.
EXTRA PEOPLE
Cabin prices are based on rating.
Children under 4 are welcome at no charge.
All other extra people are $25/day or $125/wk.
BELTRAMI COUNTY ORDINANCE
No smoking is permitted in cabins in compliance with the Beltrami County smoking ordinance.
SPECIAL DISCOUNTS
Cabins 1, 3, 4, 5, & 7 are open during the winter at a special rate of $50/person/night and a minimum of two people and two nights is required.
We offer a 10% discount on all 2 week stays in cabins all year!
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Guests are responsible for their whole reservation.
A deposit of $100 is required for short stays and $300 for full week stays. Deposits on cabins are required within two weeks of making reservation. The balance of cabin rental is due upon check-in.
In case of cancellations, your deposit less $100 processing fee, will be refunded if the cabin is re-rented for the entire duration of your reservation, or is completely refundable if you have your own replacement.
PETS
Pets are welcome at Lost Acres in Cabins #2, 6, & 9, but MUST follow our pet policy. Pets must be leashed at all times. Pet owners assume all liability for damage and injuries caused by pets. Pet charges are $20/day/per and $100/per/week.
WE PREFER CASH OR CHECKS BUT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
A 6.875% MN sales tax and a 3% local lodging tax apply to all reservations.
